LaSalle College provides Housing Assistance Services, which include:

• Access to information sheets on available housing units;
• Personalized assistance in finding appropriate housing;
• A housing guide which includes the telephone numbers of several buildings with rental units of various sizes (between 1 and 6 rooms)

Cost of Housing in Montréal (in Canadian dollars)

The monthly cost for rent varies from one area to another depending on the neighborhood, the age of the building and the lease conditions (furnished or not, heat included, etc.).

In general, apartments do not come furnished, and some may not even be equipped with a refrigerator or stove. If electricity and heating costs are not included in the rental amount, you are responsible for the monthly payment of these services.
