Beauty - Artistic Makeup

Course Objectives

The aim of the program is to:

Module 1: Artistic make-up 1
Fashion and beauty

• understand the basics of a beauty make-up through theory and practice;
• create make-up adapted to specific needs (make-up, photo, fashion);
• produce a portfolio showing the student’s acquired technical and artistic expertise.

Module 2: Artistic make-up 2
Television, cinema, theatre (Module 1 is a pre-requisite to module 2)

• apply the make-up techniques adapted to different environments (TV, movies, stage);
• acquire the necessary knowledge to the creation process of different types of make-up;
• integrate the professional world;
• produce a portfolio.

Recommended Student Profile

This program was developed specially for people who fit the following criteria:

• ability to communicate and establish interpersonal relations;
• discipline and resourcefulness;
• artistic talents and aesthetic sense;
• manual dexterity and creativity.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for admission to a program leading to an Inter-Dec
school diploma, you need to show your curriculum vitae.

Come and spend a day or less with our students and teachers. This is is a unique opportunity for you to observe our environment, to talk with us and to make a definite choice.

This program is made available to you free of charge and there is no
obligation. Simply make an appointment with the admissions office.

Diploma

Inter-Dec School Diploma.

Program length

Each module is 330 hours (66 courses in 15 weeks).
Each module is one semester of 15 weeks for full-time day students.
Each module is two semesters of 15 weeks for part-time night students.

Groups

Maximum of 20 students per group.

Portfolio

With the presence of a professional photographer, you will work on
your portfolio within the premises of the school.

Portfolio: 9 photos 8x12 (module 1) and 6 photos 8x12 (module 2).

Studio Day (Optional) – module 1

You will also have the opportunity to participate in a studio day with a professional team who will guide you. The studio day is one day
long and you will do a fashion photo with the participation of a
professional model.

Studio Day: 1 photo 8x12.
