Admission - International Students

Here is the list of admission criteria:


Have completed all prerequisite courses for the selected program (contact one of our counselors for more information).
Sufficient level of competency in the given language for the selected program (French or English).

Step #1: Complete the Form


Complete the online application form.

Or download the Admission form in PDF format, print, complete, and mail it to the Admissions Office (address listed at the bottom of the page).

Step #2: Required Documents

Please include the following documents and fees with your completed admission form (or mail them in separately if you submitted your form via the Internet):

1. Birth certificate;
2. Secondary school or high-school diploma;
3. Latest transcript of secondary school or high-school results;
4. Latest transcripts of results from all post-secondary or post-high-school studies;
5.

Your curriculum vitae (resume), if applying for ACS admission;
6.

In the case where a third party individual will be completing your application in person, a proxy statement authorizing this Canadian resident to represent you throughout the admission process;
7. A non-refundable admission request fee, payable by certified cheque or bank transfer, in the amount of $50 CDN (personal cheques are not accepted; cash and credit cards are accepted only when the student is present).

Step #3: Once your application has been accepted…

We will send you a registration form as well as a letter confirming your admission.

Upon receipt of this information, you must mail the following documents to the Admissions Office (address listed at the bottom of the page):

1. The duly signed contract;

2.

The first installment of your tuition fees.

When we have received your signed contract as well as your first tuition installment:

1. We will send you a letter confirming your official inscription.

2.

We will initiate the process for you to obtain your Québec Certificate of Acceptance (CAQ).

Note: The government of Canada requires a registration confirmation letter to obtain a student visa.

Study visas may take more time to evaluate and process in the case of missing or lost documents, of staff shortages or of delayed mail delivery. Therefore it is advisable that international students apply for their CSQ as well as for their student visa as soon as possible.
